Peter and Paul

A unique and compelling visual presentation of the lives and ministries of two of the most compelling and influential New Testament figures.  The study will cover most of the book of Acts and focus on the expansion of the early church.  This 13-session class will run from January - April 2009 and will be led by Rev. T.W. Johnson.  There is no cost for the class.

Women's Discipleship Class

"Life Journey:  Seeing God on the Path of Life" is the emphasis of this class which will focus on the Old Testament book of Exodus and utilize a Nelson Impact Bible Study Series resource entitled The Journey: Exodus.  The 8-session class will be led by Barbara Seward.

The Way of the Worshiper

This 6-week class is designed to help participants understand in a new and deeper way just what it means to be a worshiper.  The schedule is as follows:  Session I, "Introduction", Sessions 2-5 "The Way of the Worshiper" and Session 6, "Musical Worship."  Jimmy Via and Annette Sprinkel will be the co-leaders.

40 Days of Love

This 6-session "small group" type study based on I Cor. 13 will tie into our 2009 Spring Renewal Emphasis and utilize a study quide by the same title written by Rick Warren.  To quote Warren, "learning to love God and othes is to be our highest goal, our greatest aim, our first priority, and our dominate life value.  The more we learn to love authentically, the more we become like Jesus."  This class begins in late February and will be led by Dr. Mercer.
